In one line: we keep what an order needs, share it only with the people who help deliver it, and sell none of it.
What we keep
- From an Order Request: your name, phone, email, address, Payment Preference and the lines you ordered.
- From the confirmation call: short notes on what was agreed.
- From your browser: a cookie that records your answer to the age question, a cookie with the number of items in your cart, and page counts from Google Analytics when it is switched on.
- Reading the glossary needs no account and stores nothing about you beyond those cookies.
Why we keep it
To phone you, deliver the order, keep the records the law requires, and answer you if you write.
Who sees it
The carrier or courier that delivers the order, the service that sends our email, and Trustpilot, which sends the review invitation after delivery.
Removing it
Email us. We delete what the law allows and tell you what we must keep.
