Order Request, n. The list you send from the checkout page: flower, weights, your name, phone, address and Payment Preference. It is a request, not a sale, and nothing is charged online.
confirmation call, n. An Operator phones the number you gave. Together you check stock, the price and the total, and agree how you pay and how the order reaches you. Only then is it a sale.
delivery, n. Carrier, packaging and timing are agreed on the call. Each order travels with the lab report for its batch.
Where we deliver
